1. Eligibility and Account Registration

2. Deposits and Payments

ZF777 accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, and supported mobile wallets. All payment methods must be registered in your own name — using payment accounts belonging to another person is not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing conditions are displayed at the time of transaction. ZF777 does not charge deposit fees from its side, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside our control and you should check directly with your bank or wallet provider.

Deposits are typically credited to your ZF777 account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable time, retain your transaction receipt and contact our support team with the reference number.

3. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in line with our anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer). This typically involves submitting a copy of your valid CNIC and confirming ownership of the payment account you are withdrawing to. Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes. Raast transfers typically complete within 1–3 hours. 4. Bonuses and Promotions

ZF777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and special event promotions tied to cricket seasons such as PSL, T20 Internationals, and other major tournaments. All bonuses are subject to individual terms which will be clearly communicated at the point of claiming.

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit + bonus combined) must be wagered a specified number of times through eligible games before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering contribution of different game types may vary — sports betting, slots, live casino, and table games may each contribute at different rates.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of any associated balance:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ZF777 staff or other players in any communication channel.

ZF777 monitors account activity continuously. If suspicious behaviour is detected, we reserve the right to freeze an account, request additional verification, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

6. Games, Bets, and Results

All game outcomes on ZF777 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live event results in the case of sports betting. ZF777 does not manipulate outcomes and takes platform integrity seriously.

In sports betting, ZF777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect or clearly erroneous odds. If a market is suspended mid-event and a bet cannot be settled fairly, the bet may be voided and the stake returned. Cricket markets including PSL, T20 and international matches are governed by standard sportsbook rules which are available on the relevant betting pages.

In the event of a technical fault that affects a game round or live session, ZF777 will attempt to resolve the matter in accordance with the game provider's rules. Incomplete rounds are typically voided with stakes returned where possible. If a session completes and results are confirmed, those results stand.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your ZF777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

ZF777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice. In cases of confirmed fraud or criminal activity, balances may be withheld pending investigation and we reserve the right to report such cases to relevant authorities.

Inactive accounts — those with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to a small monthly inactivity fee. You will be notified via email before any such fee is applied. Reactivating your account by logging in will stop any inactivity fees going forward.
